MATH 1530♦ - Elementary Statistics

An introduction to elementary methods and techniques. Topics include sampling, frequency distributions, elementary probability, binomial distributions, normal distributions, and uniform distributions. Tests of hypotheses and significance of data and simple correlation. (Same as RODP MATH 1530)

PREREQUISITES: An acceptable placement score, DSPM 0800 or Learning Support Math Competency 5.
General Education: Course can be used to meet Minimum General Education Core requirements.
