MS 1110 - Leadership and Personal Development

This course introduces students to the personal challenges and competencies that are critical for effective leadership. The focus is on developing basic knowledge and comprehension of leader attributes and core leader competencies in a universal setting and how these principles and practices might be applied at Vanderbilt, in the military, and to the civilian world of work.
