OPHT 2327 - *Retinoscopy/RefractometryThis course will introduce students to the principles and techniques of retinoscopy and refractometry measurements with emphasis on skill development. Principles and techniques of spectacle fitting and adjustment and low vision concepts will also be included. Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Spring Corequisites: OPHT 2221 , OPHT 2351 , OPHT 2326 OPHT 2320 Contact Hours: 30 lecture hours, 30 lab hours per semester Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
