RESP 2305 - *Advanced Modalities in Respiratory CareThis course is an in-depth study of the physiologic and technologic principles of non-invasive and invasive monitoring, pulmonary diagnostic lab testing, chest radiography, electrocardiogram recognition, nutrition, clinical laboratory studies, and hemodynamic and respiratory monitoring in the intensive care unit. Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Spring Prerequisites: RESP 1225, RESP 2290, RESP 2300, RESP 2446, RESP 2499 Corequisites: RESP 2299, RESP 2480, RESP 2456 Contact Hours: 45 lecture hours per semester Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution.
