RESP 2445 - *Advanced Concepts of Mechanical VentilationThis course is a continuation of RESP 2440, Mechanical Ventilation, which further introduces the student to patient-ventilator graphics, patient-ventilator management, evidence-based protocols, and pharmacology. Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Summer Prerequisites: BIOL 2020, RESP 1410, RESP 1430, RESP 2440 Corequisites: RESP 1310, RESP 1399, RESP 1420 Contact Hours: 45 lecture hours, 30 lab hours per semester Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution.
