PTAT 2493 - *Terminal Clinical Education ITerminal clinical education experiences consist of the student's supervised clinical practice of previously learned PTA duties and functions in a physical therapy practice setting under the direction of a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant. Students are required to achieve the program's specific clinical performance expectations by the end of the clinical education experience. Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Spring Prerequisites: PTAT 2220, PTAT 2440, PTAT 2510 Corequisites: PTAT 2280, PTAT 2494, PTAT 2520 Contact Hours: 200 clinical hours per semester Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate-level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
