SONO 2000 - *Introduction to Sonography and Patient CareThis course introduces the learner to fundamental professional responsibilities and considerations toward becoming a diagnostic medical sonographer. (This course was previously UST 200) Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall Prerequisites: Formal admission into the Diagnostic Medical Sonography Program. Contact Hours: 30 lecture hours per semester Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution.
