CITC 2340 - *Advance Database Concepts & ProgrammingA comprehensive study of SQL using an industry established relational database management system such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle RDBMS. Topics will include database design, creation and management, advanced queries, stored procedures and functions, triggers, security awareness, and performance tuning. [This course was previously INFS 161.] Semester Availability: (Subject to Change) Fall Prerequisites: CITC 1303 Contact Hours: 45 lecture hours per semester Vocational/Career Program Designation: *Designated primarily for vocational/career programs This course may be accepted as transfer credit by some colleges and universities, but that decision is made by the receiving institution. This course is collegiate level work, but it has been developed with a purpose other than being a university parallel course.
