The Associate of Science (Pre Nursing-Cumberland Partnership) is a two-year program leading to a bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Cumberland University.  Partnership graduates earn the A.S. degree from VSCC and the B.S.N from Cumberland University.   Nursing Admissions faculty and staff visit the campus each fall and spring semester to provide up-to-date information about the partnership, expectations, and the application process. Check with the Math and Science Division about the dates of these advising sessions on the VSCC campus.  Additional information is found on the Jeanette C. Rudy School of Nursing and Health Professions website through Cumberland University at http://www.cumberland.edu/academics/undergrad/nursing/

All students graduating with a degree from VSCC are required to take the Educational Testing Service Proficiency Profile (ETSP). More information can be found at http://www.volstate.edu/Testing/Services.php.
